Since 1991 more than 250 women and 425 children have benefited from the Tom Geiger Guest House programs. This is a unique organization whose commitment is to offer safe, clean and affordable housing
together with leading social service organizations to provide necessary supportive services.
The clients served are women from the City of Cincinnati and its surrounding areas. They are referred to TGGH from emergency shelters or treatment centers. All guests are referred to TGGH by the YWCA, the
Talbert House or the Center for Independent Living Options as well as other members of the City of Cincinnati Continuum of Care that coordinates all services to the homeless.
The Tom Geiger Guest House is a non-profit corporation established to assist homeless females and their children move toward independent living by providing them with transitional housing and the appropriate supportive services while they complete their education and/or job training.
