The Tom Geiger Guest House provides both transitional housing as well as permanent housing facilities.
Transitional/Temporary Housing Program
For the transitional housing program, homeless female head of households and their children occupy
these apartments for a period of up to 24 months. Program fees assessed for living at the Geiger House are 30% of adjusted gross income. They come to TGGH where they seek relief from poverty, neglect and
abuse. They come to TGGH to build a brighter future by completing their education or job training.
Each woman and her children are provided her own furnished apartment. Program participants are provided with case management, supportive services, direction in finding permanent housing and provision
of aftercare when their stay at the TGGH transitional housing is complete.
